Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the creation of a long-term technical vision, identifying key technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum) that will disrupt the market by 2026.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Manage a dedicated team of researchers and developers to prototype and validate high-impact future technologies.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Trend Analysis & Risk Assessment: Continuously monitor global tech trends to identify emerging threats and opportunities, mitigating risks before they materialize.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between strategic vision and execution.
- Investment Strategy: Evaluate and guide capital allocation for R&D initiatives focused on the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to non-technical executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
