Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation user interfaces and experiences
- Analyze emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology APIs) for commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive R&D initiatives in climate-positive tech and digital twins
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Innovation Act)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation tools
