Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment and scaling
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to commercialize lab innovations within 24-month cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
