- Design and execute the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Present future-tech proposals to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor a team of 5 innovation specialists while fostering a culture of experimentation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum algorithms, neural architecture search, carbon-neutral tech
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presentation experience
