- Present innovation blueprints to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor a 15-person multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds ($50M+)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
