Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions

- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption and ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Published research or patents in cutting-edge technology domains
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
