- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neural network deployment
- Secure $50M+ innovation grants through visionary whitepapers and tech policy advocacy
- Mentor quantum computing fellows and patent at least 3 breakthrough methodologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futuristic Systems Engineering (or equivalent disruptive portfolio)
- 10+ years experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $1B+ market valuation
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech paradigms (2018-2024)
- Expertise in developing regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems across 15+ jurisdictions
- Proven track record of securing federal grants for moonshot technology initiatives
- Fluency in at least two emerging programming languages (e.g., Rust, Julia, or quantum assembly)
