Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, aligning with corporate vision and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of futuristic technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum computing prototypes.
- Identify emerging technological paradigms and evaluate their potential impact on our product portfolio and business model.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Establish best practices for future-proofing our software architecture against rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
- Act as the primary thought leader in internal tech forums, driving the cultural shift towards innovation and agility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies, specifically within AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Systems Architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
