- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and tech forecasting
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with AI/ML implementation at enterprise scale
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and innovation methodologies
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
