Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable technology preferred
