What you'll do: Drive innovation roadmaps, secure $50M+ in research funding, and lead cross-functional teams developing breakthrough solutions. You'll collaborate with MIT and Stanford labs while representing us at Davos and CES.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI systems
- Lead $50M+ R&D budget allocation across 3 innovation hubs
- Partner with academic institutions for cutting-edge research
- Present strategic vision to C-suite boards and venture capital partners
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability in all tech deployments
- File and protect 10+ patents annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of securing $30M+ in research funding
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Experience with ISO 26000 and ESG tech frameworks
- Public speaking skills at global tech forums
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish
