Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, blockchain, AI/ML)

- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
