Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including generative AI, quantum computing, and neuro interfaces
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with potential for commercial deployment by 2026
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future technology initiatives, ensuring measurable impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching successful technology initiatives with global impact
