Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and metaverse infrastructure
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for sustainable tech and human-computer interaction
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading tech innovators, academic institutions, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation initiatives through cross-functional leadership between product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage the technology innovation roadmap and ensure alignment with regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 12 years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
