Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 technology strategy integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-ecosystem partnerships with MIT, NASA, and World Economic Forum
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Quantify market readiness for 6G networks, synthetic biology, and quantum encryption
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board with 18-month precision
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Anticipate geopolitical and regulatory disruptions in emerging tech sectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in exponential tech domains
- Advanced degree in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on technology's societal impact
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to 100M+ user bases
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Q# preferred)
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning or Neural Architecture Design
