Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2020-2025 tech roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or distributed systems architecture
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Futures School, WFS) or equivalent foresight training
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging tech impact assessment
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ innovation cycles (2018-2023, 2023-2028)
- Mastery of strategic frameworks like STEEPVR and scenario planning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech commercialization projects
