Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to develop strategic frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation tech solutions
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for technological adoption and implementation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to co-create future technologies
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into existing product portfolios
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Strong experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Portfolio of past strategic projects and published thought leadership preferred
