Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and government partners
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor emerging tech fellows and publish white papers in Nature/Science journals
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech policy summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ at director level
- Published research in top-tier journals or 3+ granted patents
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, or Web3.0
- Proven track record scaling tech teams across 3+ continents
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal partnerships
