Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Establish innovation frameworks for emerging tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
- Mentor emerging technologists and foster an experimental culture
- Analyze global tech policy impacts and advise on regulatory compliance strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience securing $50M+ in tech innovation funding
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi method)
