- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate industry disruptors and market inflection points
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and scenario planning models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching products from emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight qualification preferred
