- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and startup collaborations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, Web3
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) or equivalent experience
