Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate strategic tech planning into corporate vision
- Present future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons focused on next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term tech impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup or corporate innovation experience
