Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-forward technology roadmaps for quantum/AI convergence
- Lead $50M+ venture capital funding rounds for emerging R&D initiatives
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and industry standards for 2026 adoption
- Manage cross-disciplinary teams of 20+ researchers and engineers
- Secure 3+ patents annually in sustainable computing technologies
- Present at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.) representing company vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI leadership
- Proven track record securing $50M+ in VC funding
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
