Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position Nexus at the vanguard of technological adoption
- Develop and execute innovation pilots with R&D teams, translating concepts into scalable solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force to accelerate technology integration
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and market impact
- Foster strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3 infrastructure
- Track record of developing and executing successful innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 settings
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Credibility with C-suite executives and experience influencing high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle models
