- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive ethical tech frameworks and sustainability initiatives
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for future-tech incubation projects
- Partner with academic institutions to accelerate academic-industry translation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy)
