Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing AI-driven solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.) for strategic integration
- Present future vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Drive R&D partnerships with global academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation through internal hackathons
- Secure $5M+ annual budget for experimental technologies and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching industry-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech integration, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Experience securing and managing $1M+ R&D budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
