Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integrated systems)
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to anticipate competitive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Define metrics to track innovation ROI and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption of emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, or climate tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
