Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute proof-of-concepts and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and regulatory landscapes to identify opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (e.g., blockchain, neurotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment scenarios
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
