Responsibilities

- Lead evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies including quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks integrating IoT, blockchain, and sustainable tech solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive ethical technology implementation ensuring alignment with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, or sustainable tech
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Track record of leading tech transformation initiatives valued at $50M+
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
