Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on quantum or AI ethics
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for future-tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global tech ecosystem engagement
