Responsibilities

- Manage $10M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 0 to 100+
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Physics/Engineering preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architectures
