- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technological adoption success
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for early-stage technology access
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, Web3, AR/VR, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio of successfully implemented tech transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
