Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop and execute commercialization strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate concepts into viable products
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
