Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Sustainable Engineering
- Proven track record delivering large-scale systems for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and carbon-neutral tech
- Certifications in AWS/Azure quantum services and LEED AP+
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, Q#, and emerging quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with EU AI Act compliance and global tech policy development
