Responsibilities

- Innovation Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (such as advanced AI, quantum computing, and edge computing) and determine their potential integration into our ecosystem.
- R&D Oversight: Manage research and development initiatives focused on future-proofing our products and services.
- Architecture Planning: Design scalable, secure, and forward-looking system architectures capable of supporting growth through 2026.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to drive decision-making based on future tech feasibility.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Recruit top-tier technical talent and mentor senior engineering teams on emerging best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of strategic planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation from concept to execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
