Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 technological roadmap, focusing on AI convergence and Quantum supremacy.
- Architect scalable, secure infrastructure capable of handling autonomous AI agents and high-frequency quantum data.
- Oversee the integration of Neuromorphic computing architectures into our core product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to pioneer next-gen Web5 and decentralized protocols.
- Establish robust security frameworks and ethical guidelines for advanced machine learning systems.
- Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., biocomputing interfaces, synthetic data generation).
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Experience with high-frequency distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and their application to software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English with a commitment to writing clear, concise technical documentation.
