Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 technology stack, integrating AI, quantum algorithms, and cloud infrastructure.
- Define and implement best practices for scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with quantum physicists and data scientists to optimize algorithmic performance.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical strategy sessions to ensure project milestones are met.
- Translate complex research papers into production-ready code and system architectures.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders regarding long-term tech vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or advanced computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and large language model architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
