Responsibilities

- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product managers and external stakeholders to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all futuristic systems adhere to rigorous security standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role focusing on AI/ML.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and design systems that are adaptable to emerging technologies.
- Leadership: Strong track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
