Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of autonomous AI agents capable of self-evolution by 2026.
- Design scalable neural networks optimized for hybrid quantum-classical processing environments.
- Oversee the integration of synthetic data pipelines to train models for unforeseen future scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical vision for 'The Year 2026' product suite.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers in cutting-edge predictive modeling.
- Ensure system security, ethics, and compliance in high-stakes automated decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experimental quantum computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems that handle billions of data points.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible innovation frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment where failure is viewed as data.
