Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate high-level visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
