Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical innovation with business growth objectives.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives to explore breakthrough technologies such as AI-driven automation, quantum computing applications, and advanced Web3 integration.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate future trends into actionable user experiences and product features.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies, ensuring robust security and scalability.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge frameworks and methodologies across the engineering department.
- Present strategic insights and technical visions to the C-Suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Principal Architect, CTO).
- Proven track record of strategic planning and successfully delivering complex, long-term technology projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, including AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
- Relevant technical degree (Masterβs preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
