Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Interfaces) that will drive business growth.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct rigorous R&D and feasibility studies to evaluate new tech stacks and their potential integration into our core infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of engineers and product strategists, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies for executive leadership, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of future-proof security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to ensure long-term sustainability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or strategic planning role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable product and technology strategies.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Distributed Systems, and Modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
