Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for 2026, identifying critical emerging technologies (e.g., AGI integration, Edge Computing) and evaluating their feasibility.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance cloud architectures capable of handling exponential data growth and real-time AI processing.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a dedicated research and development squad focused on proof-of-concept projects for next-gen algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and fostering innovation within the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and market trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Tech: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in applying AI/ML to solve complex, forward-looking problems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical specifications.
