Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate long-term (5-year) visions into actionable quarterly milestones.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
