Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for next-gen computing architectures, anticipating shifts in AI and quantum hardware.
- Hybrid System Architecture: Design seamless integration protocols between classical cloud systems and emerging quantum processors.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop advanced algorithms that can forecast hardware performance and system bottlenecks years in advance.
- Talent & Team Growth: Mentor senior engineers and hire top-tier talent focused on long-term innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for futuristic technologies like Neuromorphic Computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) or large-scale AI frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business roadmaps.
