Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience leading teams of 5+ engineers.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
