Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Bioengineering
- 5+ years in R&D with 2+ breakthrough innovations
- Published in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable commercialized technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
