Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional pods (engineering, design, product) to prototype and launch breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor talent in emerging technology adoption and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two category-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent experience (e.g., futurist consulting)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
