Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Validate market readiness through pilot programs and stakeholder engagement
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members for resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ technology exposure
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, or sustainable tech)
- Track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
