- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Present strategic innovation plans to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Strategic planning experience with future-focused methodologies (e.g., scenario planning)
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Proficiency in agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
